Version: MAILOGA-PRIVACY-2026.08.1 · Last updated: 24 August 2026.
This policy separately and accessibly explains how personal data is processed when using MAILOGA stores and placing an order.
1. Controller
MAILOGA TRADE, S.L.U., Spanish tax ID B70532080, Avenida dos Bosques 18, local 2, 15142 Arteixo (A Coruña), Spain. Privacy and rights contact: info@mailoga.com.
2. Data processed
We may process identity and contact details, delivery and billing addresses, NIF/CIF/VAT where relevant, customer account, purchased products and services, amounts, payment status and reference, delivery, incidents, returns, communications and technical security data. MAILOGA does not receive or retain the complete card data entered at the bank payment gateway.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Account, basket, order, payment, delivery, invoice, support, returns and guarantees: performance of the contract and requested pre-contractual steps.
- Tax, accounting and consumer obligations, fraud prevention and official requests: compliance with legal obligations and, where applicable, the legitimate interest in protecting operations and establishing or defending claims.
- Security, technical logging and service continuity: the legitimate interest in protecting stores, accounts and transactions, balanced against individuals' rights.
- Marketing not required for a purchase: only where there is a valid legal basis and, when required, revocable consent. Refusing marketing does not prevent a purchase.
4. Recipients and processors
Data is disclosed only where necessary to banks and payment providers, delivery and collection providers, technology and hosting suppliers, support and communications providers, professional advisers, and competent authorities. Each provider receives only the data required for its role and is subject to its contract and applicable law.
5. International transfers
Services located in the European Economic Area are preferred. If a provider processes data outside it, an adequacy decision or another valid safeguard under Articles 44 to 49 GDPR will be used, with additional measures where appropriate. You may request information about the applicable safeguard.
6. Retention
Data is kept during the contractual relationship and subsequently restricted for the periods required to meet tax, accounting, commercial and consumer obligations and possible liabilities. Marketing data is kept until consent is withdrawn or an objection is made; security logs are kept for a period proportionate to their purpose. Data is then securely deleted or anonymised.
7. Rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing and, where applicable, not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing. Send the request to info@mailoga.com, specifying the right you wish to exercise. Additional identity information will be requested only where there is reasonable doubt.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or the competent supervisory authority.
8. Required data
Fields marked as mandatory are needed to create an account or fulfil an order. Without them the service may not be possible. Receiving privacy information does not constitute consent to advertising.
9. Security, children and changes
Technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk are applied. Services are not directed at children under 14 to provide data without the legally required involvement. Policy changes will be published with a new date and version and, where required by law, notified through an additional channel.
